Unprofessional, and they aren’t real mechanics they don’t know what there doing I would never bring my vehicle here again. Sign on the door says they open at 8:30am no one showed up until 9:25am on google it says they open at 7am and if you call the current fake mechanic owner he says they open at 9am. On there website it says free brake inspection but that is a lie it is $100 this ain’t no Mr.Tire auto shop it is a scam shop no customer service skills whatsoever you can’t ask any questions unless they will get mad and angry. Avoid this dump.

Absolute lowest possible, unprofessional service. To help customers like me, and to help better businesses earn the business they deserve, below are the details of my experience at this place. I brought my Honda Odyssey here to have it looked at. After I picked up the vehicle, the next day I opened the hood and discovered the engine cover had been left completely off, leaving the engine wide open with components exposed that the cover is meant to protect from debris and potential safety issues. No one mentioned this when I picked up the vehicle. After discovering this, I called the shop. The owner answered and told me they had the cover and that I would need to β€œcome pick it up.” I said nothing and started driving back to retrieve it. That meant making another trip of roughly 33 miles round-trip, burning about 1.5 gallons of gas, and spending close to an hour of my time just to retrieve a part that should never have been left off the vehicle in the first place. When I asked why the car wasn’t checked before being returned to me, the owner became defensive and told me they β€œforget things all the time” and that they β€œdid nothing wrong.” He also said they don’t worry about missing

They stole my serpentine belt when they were supposed to be fixing the blower motor… I HIGHLY do not recommend and also buy your parts before so they won’t tax you an arm and leg… horrible service !

I went here to get a suspension check and the man who owns the place told me a suspicion check on the consist of looking at the shocks and struts on the menu. It says a suspension check is $30. He caught his self trying to give me a deal for $50 to check all of the suspensions.

I live near this shop and took my car for an alignment. I paid $124.79. I normally go to MIDAS auto repair shop. I was in a hurry. They gave me the car key and told me it was already . They did not give me the report form that they normally measure at MIDAS where it reports the degrees and inclination and alignment of the wheels. I went back to complain but the owner said that they had to adjust the steering tie rod and that they would charge me $180 more when this is part of the alignment. I claimed my money back, which the owner refused to do and kicked me out of his shop for complaining. I RECOMMEND YOU NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. MIDAS OR ANOTHER SHOP ARE BETTER WITH AND BETTER PRICES. AT MIDAS the cost of an alignment is $115 below the cost of this shop.
